New Dam over 50% Full   2010-02-14

The new dam is nearly half full due to the heavy rainfall in the area over the past few months. The coverage of nearly 500ha with a new man made lake is a sight to behold. Dispite some previous snagging, the dam will be fully operational in the next few months and the associated water facilities will be up and running again. Relaxing on the Dim River is one of the most natural therapeutic experiences which should not be missed. Photographs to follow
